Albac, always attentive to the market, wanted to equip itself in every production area with the best and most current technologies to support the choices of efficiency, quality and maximum professionalism towards the customer.

Technical office:

1 plotter printer to print the drawings supplied by the customer and two fixed stations for the analysis, the quotation and the transfer to our management system.

Production:

the production department is composed of 2 TSA machines (Schleuniger CrimpCenter 64 and Schleuniger CrimpCenter 36 S), 1 Schleuniger PowerStrip 9500 machine for bipolar cable cutting and more, 1 Schunk USG 3000 S ultrasonic welder, 5 independent crimping presses (2 Mecal p40 BT and 3 Mecal p107 BT) and a fleet of over 250 Mecal mini-applicators.

Testing:

The products are assembled and tested on dimensional / test benches.
